FIRE SPRINKLER DIVISION

Sprinkler Foreman

• Supervises the installation of wet, dry, and pre-action fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings in compliance with current codes.
• Responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping and piping systems while ensuring their proper operation.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Installs pipe fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers per design plan and codes to ensure that the building is adequately protected.
• Collaborates with the designer before making any field modifications.
• Reports material shortages to the project manager.
• Assists in producing red-line drawings to submit to the designer.
• Informs the Field Superintendent and Project Manager of project and schedule changes.
• Attends project and coordination meetings as needed.
• Submits daily progress reports to the Field Superintendent and General Contractor as required.
• Reports any injuries or accidents to the Field Superintendent and General Manager immediately upon their occurrence.
• Trains Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques.
• May be required to work overtime.

Sprinkler Helper

• Helps the Foreman to install wet, dry, and pre-action fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings while ensuring compliance with current codes.
• Aids in the installation and repair of fire sprinkler systems according to specifications.
• Lays out pipes in the field ahead of the Foreman and provides additional assistance as necessary.
• Communicates with the Foreman or Superintendent regarding work-related issues, safety concerns, or other job site matters.
• Maintains a tidy, organized, and secure working environment.
• Adheres to the company's safe working policies and procedures at all times.
• May require working overtime.
